Stand Information

2.40m high walls covered in light grey fabric to which posters and panels can be fixed using Velcro – no nails or pins allowed. There will be a blue fascia across the front of the stand with a name board and two spotlights behind the fascia to light the stand.

Please not that there are aluminium uprights between the 1m wide wall panels but graphics can fit over the uprights.

Payment terms:

January 12 – April 30 - 20% deposit on booking. Stands will be held for two weeks.

May 1 A further 40% or 60% for new bookings

August 31 A further 40% or 100% for new bookings

Payments to Woking Chamber of Commerce, exhibition account.

Cancellation terms: (regardless of whether payment has been received by due date)

20% until April 30

60% until August 31

100% after August 31
